Delivery Information

Shipping Locations: We currently deliver across the South Island within New Zealand. We deliver to the North Island on request, please email us your postal address at onlineorder@bombaybazaar.co.nz to enquire.

Shipping Rate: For urban addresses, the shipping charge is $10 for your first 24kg box. For rural addresses, the shipping charge is $16 for your first 24kg box. $5 per 24kg box will be charged for any additional boxes.

Shipping Charge: You will be charged shipping when you checkout based on the weight of the items in your cart. We will contact you if your order requires additional boxes.

Order Processing: Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. Orders containing fresh produce, chilled or frozen products are only processed and dispatched between Monday and Wednesday to ensure they are delivered to the customer before the weekend. Orders placed after 10am on Wednesday will be processed and dispatched the following week on a first-in first-out basis.

Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. During the week, if you order by Wednesday 10am you should receive your order during the same week. Orders placed after 10am on Wednesday will be delivered the following week. Please note courier delays may impact this.

Free Shipping: Keep an eye out for promotions that offer free shipping.

Changes and Cancellations: Contact us promptly for order changes or cancellations. If a product you have ordered is unavailable we may contact you to confirm if you would like an alternative product. Customers will be sent a payment link if there is a price difference between the original and alternative product. If a customer wishes to cancel an order after the order has been packed, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee. A customer cannot cancel an order once the order has been sent for delivery from the Bombay Bazaar warehouse and is in transit.
